  • Provide technical leadership in development of next generation cryptography systems - which are robust, efficient and easy to use.
  • Provide leadership for organizational cybersecurity architecture meeting organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and implement cryptographic solutions based on quantum resistant algorithms and protocols as a reusable blocks for usage in applications with minimum efforts.
  • Develop deeper understanding of PQC algorithms and their implications in protocols and applications to architect, design and implement business solutions across IT and OT systems.
  • Develop methods, tools and framework to efficiently explore and experiment with PQC algorithms.
  • Develop PoCs demonstrating the functionality, performance and testing of PQC and related protocols in business applications. Develop systems for benchmarking PQC and hybrid algorithms in such applications / use cases.
  • Prepare thought leadership through white papers, technical papers, articles, blogs etc.

Primary Skills

  • Deep understanding and experience with cryptography technologies, primitives, algorithms, PKI systems and certificates.
  • Hands-on experience with security protocols (OpenSSL, VPN, TLS , IPSec. Etc.), Expertise in cryptography technologies,
  • Experience with Linux systems, scripting, network performance analysis, cryptography performance benchmarking and debugging capabilities.
  • Proficiency with multiple programming languages - C/C++, Java, Python and any other relevant programming languages.
  • Exposure to post quantum cryptography algorithms and their implementations.
  • Good understanding of cloud platforms and cloud data protection and key management aspects on any/all the leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure and GCP).
  • Experience with modern software development lifecycle methodologies.

Secondary Skills

  • Experience with implementations (open source or commercial) of algorithms, protocols and applications with quantum resistant algorithms
  • Experience with tools (benchmarking, testing, debugging,..) and frameworks with PQC and their hybrid variants.
  • Familiarity with security related standards and certifications (NIST, IETF, FIPS 140-2/3 etc..)
  • Understanding of advanced security/cryptography topics like Zero Trust, SDP, secure multiparty computation, zero-knowledge or homomorphic encryption
  • Some experience/understanding of threat modelling and analysis of cryptographic systems, side channel attacks, other similar attacks and, associated measures to counter such threats.
