Position Overview

We are seeking a Quantum Analyst (Intern) to join our R&D team at QClairvoyance Quantum Labs. The role focuses on developing and applying quantum algorithms using platforms like Qiskit to solve real-world problems in quantum computing and molecular simulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong

foundation in quantum mechanics and programming, with a passion for innovation at the intersection of quantum science and emerging technologies. Knowledge in pharmacy/bio-informatics is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize quantum algorithms for chemical and biological systems.

Work with Qiskit, Pennylane, CUDA-Q, or similar frameworks for quantum circuit design and simulation.

Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and computational chemists to model proteinligand interactions using hybrid quantum-classical approaches.

Analyze quantum simulation outputs and interpret results in a biological or chemical context.

Contribute to patent filings, scientific and software documentation.

Qualifications Required:

A Master's degree in Quantum Computing is preferred.

Candidates with a Ph.D. in Physics, Computational Chemistry, or related fields will also be considered.

Strong foundation in quantum mechanics, quantum information theory, and quantum algorithms.

Proficiency in Python, with experience using libraries such as Qiskit Ecosystem, Pennylane, and CUDA-Q.

Knowledge of molecular modelling, computational chemistry, or drug discovery pipelines is a strong advantage.

Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, and quantum machine learning (QML) is a plus.

Preferred:

Proficiency in Python and scientific computing libraries (NumPy, SciPy, etc.)

Solid understanding of quantum algorithms (e.g., QPE, QFT) and quantum circuit design.

Familiarity with hybrid quantum-classical approaches (e.g., VQE, QAOA).

Hands-on experience with Qiskit, CUDA-Q, Pennylane, or other quantum programming frameworks.

Experience working with high-performance scientific computing environments is a plus.

Background in quantum chemistry, molecular modelling, or computational physics.

Exposure to machine learning or data science concepts.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Prior research experience or publication in relevant areas is a plus.
