This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Gurugram. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, and managing project budgets. The role also entails cost control, cost reporting, monitoring project progress, and assisting in contract administration to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management
• Expertise in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Experience in Cost Planning and accurate financial forecasting
• Strong skills in Cost Reporting and tracking financial performance of projects
• Attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Relevant educational qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related fields
• Previous experience in the construction or design industry is advantageous
