Job Description

  • Role Purpose

The QS Site is embedded at the project site to track quantities, support billing, and ensure that all work measured and billed accurately reflects work done on site. This role is the on-ground eyes for the QS and Contracts & Procurement team.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Measure completed works on site civil, MEP, and finishes
  • Maintain site measurement records for all work packages
  • Verify contractor measurement claims during bill preparation
  • Track material receipts and usage at site against procurement records
  • Report daily / weekly quantities achieved to PCU and Contracts team
  • Flag over-billing or measurement discrepancies immediately
  • Key Result Areas (KRAs)
  • Measurement accuracy: Site measurements within 2% of central QS verification
  • Timeliness: All measurements provided to billing QS within 48 hours of request
  • Reporting: Daily quantity achieved report submitted every evening
  • Must-Have Qualifications
  • 2–4 years QS experience, site-based
  • B.E. Civil Engineering
  • Strong field measurement skills
  • AutoCAD reading for quantity take-off 5. Good-to-Have Qualifications
  • High-rise project experience
