Designation Manager – Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor & Procurement Specialist with experience in office interior fit-outs. The role will focus on cost estimation, BOQ preparation, vendor management, and procurement coordination to ensure efficient project execution within budget and timelines.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to support tendering and project execution.
- Extract and compute accurate quantities from construction drawings for all project activities.
- Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documents to validate scope and pricing.
- Conduct rate analysis for additional works and negotiate pricing with vendors.
- Maintain and manage documentation, trackers, and reports in a structured manner.
- Handle documentation and workflows on platforms such as R-Dash and SAP.
- Collaborate with internal teams including design, project management, procurement, and billing for seamless execution.
- Support in delivering cost-effective workspace solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and quality benchmarks.
Skillset required
- Experience in office interior fit-outs, specifically in QS and procurement roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of commercials, costing, and vendor negotiations.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities
