Description

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with 5-10 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost management and project budgeting, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct cost analysis and prepare estimates for construction projects.
• Monitor and report on project costs and expenditures.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing and timely payments.
• Prepare tender documents and evaluate bids from contractors.
• Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with budgets.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in quantity surveying or cost management (5-10 years).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in using quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam).
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
