Experience: Min 6 months - 4 years in Quantity Surveying.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Chennai. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and cost planning to ensure project budgets are adhered to. The role also involves cost management throughout the project lifecycle and preparing detailed cost reporting to track financial performance against the budget. The individual will work closely with project teams to deliver efficient cost-related support across various projects.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management to ensure projects stay within budget.
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Experience in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting for construction projects.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for reviewing and managing finances effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools or relevant software is an advantage.
• Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Quantity Surveying in interiors is preferred.
