Quantity Surveyor

Role Description

This is a full-time, office based role based in Bengaluru for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost planning and control, including preparation of cost estimates and budgets, assessing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), monitoring and reporting on costs, and supporting the financial efficiency of projects. The role will involve close collaboration with other team members to ensure projects are completed within budget without compromising quality or standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting
• Proficiency in preparing and maintaining accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Experience in Cost Planning and developing detailed and accurate project budgets
• Strong analytical skills and ability to perform cost analysis effectively
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
• Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices would be an added advantage
