Quantity Surveyor

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Quantity Surveyor based in Chennai. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing cost planning and control processes, and overseeing cost management for various projects. The role also involves analyzing project costs, providing cost reports, ensuring efficient use of resources, and contributing to the financial planning and execution of construction projects.

• Proficiency in cost control and cost management techniques
• Experience with preparing and managing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Skills in cost planning and accurate cost reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Knowledge of sustainable practices in construction is an advantage
