Role Description

This is a full-time in studio role for a Quantity Surveyor based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), performing cost control, cost management, and cost planning for projects, and providing timely and accurate cost reporting. The Quantity Surveyor will collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management
• Proficiency in preparing and managing BOQ
• Experience in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
• Exceptional analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy, along with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in architecture of 2 years or design-related projects is advantageous.
