Role Description

This full-time on-site Quantity Surveyor (QS) role is based in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh. The QS will be responsible for NHAI billing and certification, client handling and coordination, earthwork quantities estimation using Road Estimator/Calquan software, tendering support, and accurate calculation of quantities. The role involves close collaboration with project teams to ensure precise billing, cost control, and compliance with NHAI standards and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Expertise in NHAI billing procedures, client handling, and contract management
• Proficiency in Road Estimator/Calquan software for earthwork quantities calculation
• Strong experience in tendering, quantity take-off, and BOQ preparation for highways/roads
• Skilled in cost estimation, variation analysis, and financial reporting for infrastructure projects
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in construction project management tools and MS Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in NHAI/highways projects preferred
