Key Responsibilities
Post-Contract & Commercial Management
- Manage post-contract quantity surveying activities from project award to final account closure.
- Prepare, submit, and negotiate interim and final client payment applications in line with contract terms.
- Carry out measurement, valuation, and certification of work executed.
- Evaluate, analyze, and negotiate variations, claims, and change orders.
- Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and budget updates on a regular basis.
- Assist in preparation and agreement of final accounts with clients and consultants.
