Job Description

Employment Type: Contract Basis

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review client RA bills and certify subcontractor bills.
  • Maintain measurement sheets, drawings, and billing documentation.
  • Perform quantity take-off from IFC/GFC drawings and verify quantities at site.
  • Update BOQ/BOM, material reconciliation, and extra item measurements.
  • Monitor project cost vs. budget and support rate analysis for extra items.
  • Coordinate with project, planning, procurement, and execution teams.
  • Prepare MIS reports and attend client/subcontractor meetings for billing approvals.

Preferred Skills / Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of construction measurement techniques
  • Client Billing, Subcontract Billing, RA Bills, BOQ preparation
  • Rate analysis, cost control, contract terms
  • MS Excel, AutoCAD, Measurement Software
  • Ability to read Civil & Mechanical drawings
  • Communication and negotiation skills
