Quantity Surveyor – High-Rise & Hotel Projects
Project Locations: Bangalore / Vijayawada-Amaravati
Work Mode: On-site
Employment: Full-Time
Experience: 5–10 Years
Project Exposure
Bangalore: High-rise residential development comprising two towers with basements and approximately 31 floors, using Mivan formwork.
Amaravati/Vijayawada: Multi-storey 4-star hotel project with three basements.

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage quantity surveying, billing, cost control and commercial documentation across high-rise residential and hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities
₹50,000–₹70,000 per month, subject to experience and suitability.

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage quantity surveying, billing, cost control and commercial documentation across high-rise residential and hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Handle client and subcontractor RA billing.
- Conduct and verify site measurements.
- Monitor budgets, quantities and project costs.
- Prepare rate analysis.
- Manage variations, deviations and extra items.
- Review drawings and specifications for quantity implications.
- Perform material reconciliation.
- Maintain measurement and billing documentation.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, planning and accounts teams.
- Support cost forecasts and commercial reporting.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5–10 years of relevant quantity-surveying experience.
- Strong BOQ, billing, measurement and rate-analysis knowledge.
- Experience in high-rise residential, hotel or commercial projects.
- Mivan-project exposure preferred.
- Good understanding of contracts and tendering.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
₹50,000–₹70,000 per month, subject to experience and suitability.
