Designation: Quantity Surveyor-Assistant QS Manager
Department: Project
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understanding the Drawing
- Quantification
- BQO preparation
Skills & Qualification Required:
- Tech: Architect/Interiors Designer or Civil Engineer
- Candidate should be from Interior Fit-out background only.
- Having 4-5 years of experience in QS, commercial project would be advanced
- Technical sound knowledge for Designer, Architect, Draftsman or Engineer's
- Able to brief the scope of work as per proposed drawing
- Preparation the detail specification of product/items
- Preparation of the BOQ from CAD or 3D presentation with clarify the items
- Knowledge of UOM (Unit of Measurement)
- Availability of material and its resources from market standard
- Knowledge of row material and their base rate
- Rate analysis for the variance type of /standard/customized items
