Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager /QS- Civil and an Estimation Engineer located in New Delhi. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to BOQ (Bill of Quantities), project estimation, civil engineering, negotiation, and research. The role involves accurately assessing project costs, evaluating materials and labor requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in BOQ preparation, project estimation, and civil engineering
• Knowledge of DSR / CPWD Norms and standards
• Ability to negotiate effectively and conduct thorough research
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in relevant estimation software and tools
• Detailed-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Quantity Surveyor) are advantageous
• Prior experience in architectural estimation and working knowledge of local building codes and regulations
