Major Responsibilities
Measure and quantify executed works.
Maintain measurement books and site-level records.
Validate contractor's bills with construction manager.
Prepare variation statements and support cash flow monitoring.
Report deviations and cost implications.

Qualification And Experience
Graduate or equivalent in Civil Engineering / Certificate course from Institution of Quantity Surveying with 10 years of similar experience in execution of Residential/commercial / institutional buildings.
Skills & Qualities:
Proficiency in measurement and BOQ preparation.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Familiarity with IS codes and contract conditions.
