Quantity Surveyor and Estimation Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor and Estimation Engineer located in Noida. The role involves managing cost estimation, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), implementing cost control, and providing accurate cost planning and reporting. The Quantity Surveyor and Estimation Engineer will collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget and meet quality and design specifications.

• Expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing BOQs
• Experience with Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with teams
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of construction methodologies and materials is preferred
• Proficiency in relevant estimation and project management software is a plus
