- Knowledge of safety system and preventive measures during high voltage application
- Knowledge of Transformers and Reactors preferred
- Handling customer inspections independently
- Inspection of Control Panels at supplier end and Third-Party Lab
- Panel accessories fitting at factory
- Panel testing after fitting of all accessories during final testing in presence of customer.
- Preparation of Test Certificates
- Calibration of Test Instruments / Equipments
- Maintenance of Testing equipments
- Participation in Component Development.
- Participation in New Vendor Development/Evaluation.
- Participation in Supplier Audit.
- Awareness on NABL requirements according to ISO/IEC 17025: 2017.
- Awareness on requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Proficiency in Soft Skills like Word, Excel, PPT, Auto CAD, etc.

- Knowledge acquired in 5-10 years in Control Panel testing of Transformers, Reactors and Distribution Transformers.
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
