Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of electrical systems using EPLAN, including panel manufacturing (in-house or outsourced).
- Review BOMs, costings, material planning, and execution for all projects.
- Oversee the development and deployment of OT software, including PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming.
- Drive standardization across electrical designs and OT programming to improve efficiency and quality.
- Ensure projects meet target timelines, budgets, and quality standards from an electrical and OT perspective.
- Lead and support the OT team, plan work, manage resources, and review team performance.
- Conduct regular meetings with electrical teams to align project goals and deadlines.
- Coordinate with external partners and cross-functional teams (CFT) for outsourced projects.
- Integrate third-party automation hardware such as servo motors, valve banks, and power sources.
- Implement automation technologies including robotics, machine vision, motion control, and electrical design using EPLAN.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, ECTC, or a related engineering field.
- Hands-on experience in EPLAN electrical design, panel layout, BOM preparation, and electrical project execution.
- Strong expertise in automation technologies including PLC/HMI, SCADA, robotics, machine vision, and motion control.
- Hands-on experience with Siemens OT automation components such as S7-1200 and S7-1500 CPUs, HMI, and SCADA.
- Proficient in integrating third-party automation hardware
