• Lead the quality assurance team to monitor and evaluate international banking operations.
• Develop and implement quality control frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct audits, reviews, and root cause analyses to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure adherence to compliance, risk management, and service delivery standards.
• Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance quality awareness and operational excellence.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely resolution of escalations and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
