- Lead the quality assurance team to monitor and evaluate international banking operations.
- Develop and implement quality control frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits, reviews, and root cause analyses to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure adherence to compliance, risk management, and service delivery standards.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance quality awareness and operational excellence.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely resolution of escalations and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
