10-15 years in plant Quality Assurance or Quality Control
Experience in steel machining & fabrication

Job Description

Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production quality and efficiency
Implement and monitor quality control measures to minimise errors and defects
Conduct inspections and audits to maintain high-quality standards
Analyse data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Train team members on quality protocols and best practices
Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Support the Engineering & Manufacturing department in meeting project timelines

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Team Lead should have:

A degree in Engineering or a related field
Proven expertise in quality assurance within the Energy & Natural Resources sector
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience in implementing quality control measures in steel fabrication & machining
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Proficiency in relevant quality management tools and software
