Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Team Lead, located in Ahmedabad. The Quality Assurance Team Lead will oversee the QA team, develop and implement test strategies, create and review test cases, ensure quality control, and conduct thorough testing of applications. The role involves close collaboration with the development team to identify and fix issues, as well as continuous monitoring and improvement of QA processes.

Experience : 7+ Years,

Proven Experience of Team Lead,

Proven experience of client communication,

Proven experience in Automation Testing,

Preferred Location : Ahmedabad Gujarat.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in developing Test Strategies
• Ability to create, review, and manage Test Cases
• Excellent organizational and team leadership skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
• Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
