Years of Experience : B.Tech (8-12), Diploma (10-16) Stream : Mechanical Engg /Electrical Engg

Job Description :

  • Understanding product issues & defining problem statement
  • Dealer/Customer Connect : Domestic & Export Market
  • Scrutinise daily claims/tech webs, Initial Investigation & escalation o Field & Supplier visits for analysis : Hydraulics/Electrical Troubleshooting
  • Root Cause Analysis, Driving Reliability Improvement Projects
  • Process/Product Audit o Driving Warranty cost reduction projects o Closure effectiveness monitoring o Warranty part attribution (ASD) & Supplier Cost recovery
  • Warranty data analysis, Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS generation; Early Warning Signals o Warranty Prediction o QASI / IMS document updating
  • New Product Launch : Risk Assessment / Carry-over issue resolution
