Key ResponsibilitiesDocument Review 70 of Time Reviewing supplier pre-verification and verification documents ITP, SMDL, procedures, MRB for technical and administrative accuracy.Inspections Witnessing manufacturing and testing at supplier locations or plants, performing digital inspections, and issuing release notes for accepted materials.Problem Solving Raising non-conformance reports NCRs in SAP and resolving technical issues with project leads.Coordination Interacting with procurement, technical leads, external auditors e.g., Lloyds, and end clients to clarify specifications and deviations.RequirementsEducation B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Instrumentation engineering.Experience Graduates Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.Diploma Holders Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.Domain Up to 3 years in Subsea, Oil Gas, or Process industries.Skills Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, excellent English communication, and the ability to work in globally distributed teams.Quick StatsLocation Pune, India.Division SCM-SQS.Primary Challenge Working across different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
