Job Description

Role:

  • Support business by daily task based data handling and evaluation
  • Be the backbone of the team
  • Administer tasks, handle enquiries and tickets on time
  • Assist with task prioritization, work planning, and daily coordination.
  • Provide reliable status updates on work progress, issues, and risks.
  • Prepare training materials and documentation to support onboarding of new team members.
  • Step in proactively during workload peaks to safeguard deadlines and task quality.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to a reliable and supportive team environment

Requirements:

  • C1 English
  • Ability to collect and analyse data or equivalent
  • Previous work experience in preparing reports, presentations or equivalent
  • Administrative or operational experience, preferably in Quality Management or a regulated environment.
