Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Cost Estimation & Budgeting:
  • Develop accurate cost estimates, project budgets, and BOQs by studying drawings, specifications, and tender requirements.
  • Tendering & Procurement:
  • Oversee the tendering process, prepare tender-related documents, evaluate vendor bids, and support in selecting contractors or subcontractors.
  • Contract Administration:
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts while ensuring adherence to legal, technical, and commercial guidelines.
  • Measurement & Valuation:
  • Conduct quantity take-offs, prepare interim valuations, and assist in final account settlement for ongoing projects.
  • Cost Control & Financial Reporting:
  • Track project costs, analyze variances, and provide timely cost reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Change & Claim Management:
  • Evaluate project variations, change orders, and claims in line with contractual provisions.
  • Risk Assessment:
  • Identify cost-related risks and propose effective strategies to minimize financial impact.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and site teams to ensure cost efficiency throughout all project phases.
