We are looking for an experienced Corporate Quality professional with strong expertise in digitization initiatives, data analytics, and Microsoft digital tools to drive process excellence and digitization initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering / science / Statistics or equivalent (minimum qualification)
- 5+ years of experience in below mentioned key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance existing quality tools and frameworks
- Lead integration of AI into Quality Management processes
- Develop new quality tools aligned with departmental requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards providing ready-to-use quality reports
- Manage and upgrade the Corporate Quality Portal
- Promote and integrate Microsoft tools (Power BI, Power Automate) into daily operations
- Drive digitization initiatives for ongoing and future process improvement projects
- Perform data-driven analysis to support corporate quality initiatives
- Preparation of data insights for senior leadership meetings
- Demonstrate basic understanding of IT architecture and data flow
- Added advantage if person is having background of quality activities such as
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Internal Audits (ISO 9001)
Technical & Digital Skills:
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft 365 tools, including:
- Power BI – advanced dashboard creation & visualization
- Power Automate – workflow automation (approvals, alerts, notifications)
- Integration with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook
- Strong knowledge of Intranet & SharePoint management
- Statistical analysis using Excel or other relevant tools
- Strong capability in data handling, preparation, and presentation
Additional Skills (Added Advantage)
- Tool‑based or system‑based training exposure
- Experience with data analytics tools (Excel, Python, R)
- Dashboard development & visualization
- Process mapping & automation
- Knowledge of quality tools and audit methodologies
