Quality Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site Quality Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Quality Specialist will be responsible for ensuring high-quality standards are met across processes by overseeing quality control, performing quality audits, and implementing quality assurance procedures. The role includes monitoring product or service performance, identifying areas for process improvement, and collaborating cross-functionally to maintain compliance with established standards and regulations. The successful candidate will bring a detail-oriented and analytical mindset to enhance operational performance.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess and interpret data to improve quality and processes
• Experience in Quality Control and conducting Quality Audits to identify improvements
• Proficiency in Quality Assurance methodologies and practices
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and report findings effectively
• Working knowledge of compliance standards, relevant regulations, and industry requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in quality management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
