Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality and safety of products through thorough inspections, quality audits, and adherence to manufacturing standards. Responsibilities include enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), maintaining quality management systems, preparing quality reports, and collaborating with teams to improve processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes to ensure products meet required standards.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Experience and skills in Quality Auditing with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Understanding of regulatory standards and compliance processes related to manufacturing quality.
• Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and capability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in quality assurance or quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) are a plus.
• Prior experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
