The opportunity
Manufacturing Quality Assurance work includes: Defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for a manufactured material, component, or product. Building and maintaining the infrastructure and systems necessary to consistently ensure the timely delivery of quality products. Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards. Reporting and troubleshooting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods.
How you'll make an impact
To contribute in order to meet organization, department specified key performance indicators, quality & otherwise specified targets
To follow outlined procedures for systems & processes like SAP, CCRP, code of conduct & management instructions
To maintain QMS related documents & data pertaining to his area of work. To assign work, train & asses performance of reporting personnel. Board plant & component plant Final Inspection planning.
To plan & execute final inspection of board (Thickness & Visual check) as per applicable requirement of customer, quality plan.
To check & confirm the requirements given in plan against the customer requirement.
Raise nonconformance reports & capture internal non conformances when deviations are observed against requirements. Capture rejection parameters & analyse trends.
To prepare daily & monthly Board & Component inspection reports, TPT data & CCRP reports.
To interact with production & marketing for customer & inspection related issues
To implement quality improvement projects & trials in Board Plant, paper & Component
To attendSQDIC meeting& also attend production meeting. Conduct monthly meetings with inspection personnel. Assist in preparation of quality documents & reports
5S coordinator for Board Plant, paper and component plant. To implement safety and 5S audit findings related to QA.

Your Background:
Bachelor's degree in engineering / Diploma in Engineering. Preferred Electrical /Mechanical Engineering.
Min. 2 years of overall experience in similar positions.
Experienced working in Quality management system.
Experience in internal and external system audits, Customer audits, ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 audit.
Implement, audit, consistently apply and sustain the local Quality Management System and suggest system improvements.
Assure compliance with all external and internal regulations, specifications and standard work
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
