Reliability Testing / Validation Engineer (Esbee Electrotech LLP Standards)

Esbee Electrotech LLP is seeking a Reliability Testing / Validation Engineer with 25 years of experience in a Reliability Testing or Validation Laboratory. The candidate should possess a B.E. / B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics and have handson experience in environmental and lifecycle testing.

Key Responsibilities: -

1. Plan and execute reliability validation tests in accordance with standards and applicable international norms.

2. Conduct environmental tests including Temperature, Humidity, Thermal Cycling, Vibration, Salt Spray, GWIT, etc., ensuring compliance with testing protocols.

3. Develop, review, and approve test plans, protocols, and reports adhering to documentation standards.

4. Perform failure analysis and rootcause investigations, documenting findings per quality procedures.

5. Coordinate with Design, Production, and Quality teams to integrate testing processes into product lifecycle.

6. Manage calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.

7. Maintain comprehensive documentation for audit compliance, following Esbee's audit and recordkeeping requirements.

8. Support customer and internal audits, ensuring alignment with Esbee Electrotech LLP's quality assurance systems.

Required Skills & Knowledge: -

- Expertise in Reliability Engineering principles applied to product portfolio.

- Thorough understanding of International Standards (ISO, IEC, ASTM) and specific compliance requirements.

- Experience with electrical/electronics industry testing:

- IEC 60068 (Environmental testing)

- IEC 60529 (IP testing)

- UL 94 (Flammability testing)

- CE Low Voltage Directive (LVD) / EMC compliance as per standards

- Temperature & Humidity testing under protocols

- Thermal Shock, Salt Spray, Vibration, and Endurance / Life Cycle testing aligned with quality specs.

Preferred Qualifications: -

- Indepth knowledge of ISO/IEC/ASTM standards specific to Electro-mechanical industry sector.

- Proven experience handling customer validation requirements and integrating them into validation processes.
