We're partnering an exciting AI-first company founded by IIT Bombay & IIM Ahmedabad alumni, with offices in San Francisco and Hyderabad. It is building cutting-edge GenAI solutions with a mission to create AI for Good innovation with real societal impact.

We are looking for a Quality & Process Excellence Lead who will be the torchbearer of quality and operational excellence across it's large-scale AI data workflows. This is a chance to define gold-standard quality frameworks for one of the most exciting AI companies in India.

What You'll Do

• Build and enhance quality assurance systems for AI data operations.
• Drive process optimization using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven improvements.
• Monitor key quality metrics, lead corrective actions, and ensure compliance.
• Mentor and guide teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Partner with leadership to deliver world-class, trustworthy AI operations.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in Quality / Process Excellence (tech, data, or large-scale operations).
• Strong experience with process mapping, audits, Lean/Six Sigma.
• Proven ability to lead teams and scale operations.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about quality by design.
