Job Profile:

Define and direct the quality assurance programs, including all regulatory and organization requirement.

Establish procedures and integrated program plans for achieving and maintaining the quality management system ISO.

Determine and enforce quality and reliability requirements in accordance with engineering specifications, approval listing, contracts and established procedures.

Maintain management awareness of quality issues, cost and promote quality improvements and cost reduction activity.

Provide incoming, in-process, and final inspection acceptance for all the product of the organization.

Acquire and develop the necessary resource skills to fulfill all quality functions.

Allocate department resources and manage project and resource priorities.

Suggest new quality system and procedures to keep abreast of changing technology and business climate.

Quality of work like DPT (Dye penetration test), RT (Radiographic test), Painting and Coating of piping products.

Handling material Inspection Reports.

Setting inspection test plan for the project (ITP)

Actively work on ERP
