Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive quality assurance and risk management initiatives across programs, projects, and business functions.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of quality and risk frameworks, policies, and governance processes.
  • Conduct risk assessments, identify potential gaps, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize operational and delivery risks.
  • Perform root cause analysis and oversee corrective and preventive actions to address quality and compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to organizational quality standards and risk controls.
  • Monitor key quality and risk metrics, prepare governance reports, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and process assessments aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with global and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
  • Facilitate quality and risk reviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions across multiple geographies.
  • Mentor and guide team members while fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and risk awareness.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–14 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in Quality Management, Risk Management, Governance, Compliance, or Process Excellence roles.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Experience supporting or leading teams focused on quality, risk, governance, or compliance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proven experience conducting risk assessments, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Knowledge of industry frameworks and standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 31000, CMMI, SOC, COSO, and related governance models.
  • Experience in consulting, professional services, or large enterprise environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across global and matrixed organizations.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership, influencing, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-management abilities.
