We are expanding our ASME pressure vessel operations and are looking for a technically strongQuality Managerto lead compliance, welding quality and international code adherence.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a Quality Manager who bringsreal ASME shop-floor experience, not just documentation exposure.
You should have:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5+ year's experience in ASME U Stamp / pressure vessel manufacturing
- Strong working knowledge of ASME Section VIII, ASME Section IX
- Excellent understanding of ISO 3834-2:2021 and ISO 9001:2015
- Hands-on experience with WPS, PQR, WPQ, NDT coordination & weld traceability
- Proven exposure to ASME, National Board, TPI and customer audits
- Ability to prepare MDR, QAP, ITP, NDT & PMI documentation
- Immediate or short-notice joining preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and control ASME U Stamp & National Board compliance
- Lead welding quality management & procedure approvals
- Control material traceability, MTC verification and PMI
- Coordinate with Authorized Inspector & NDT agencies
- Handle third-party and client audits
- Prepare final MDR / manufacturing dossiers
- Drive continuous improvement of ISO 3834 & ISO 9001 systems
