Team & Stakeholder Management
- Heading the entire QA team and mentoring new members on QA practices and SOPs.
- Facilitate collaboration between multiple teams to achieve product quality goals.
- Hold periodic status meetings with stakeholders regarding QA project progress.
- Work with inspection teams at buying houses for fittings, initial, inline, midline, and final inspections.
Customer & Data Management
- Maintain customer relations and manage QA specifications and testing procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement or innovation to continuously add value to the customer.
- Develop reliability metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective action/preventive action (CAPA) plans.
- Review, author, and execute remediation plans.
Continuous Improvement & Compliance
- Implement DMAIC approach to quality planning activities and management reviews.
- Facilitate agile, scrum, and lean methodologies for QA processes.
- Identify, implement, and manage the development of key reliability metrics using local maintenance and engineering software.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by management.
