Job Description

Role Objective

To ensure consistent quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction for dry products at Kimirica Hunter (toothbrush, slippers, razors, combs, dental kits etc), by implementing robust quality systems, controlling processes, managing audits, and driving continuous improvement in line with standards, GMP, ISO, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, maintain, and continuously improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) including ISO 9001, GMP, SOPs, and work instructions
  • Ensure quality compliance across dry product manufacturing, filling, and packaging operations
  • Monitor in-process, finished goods, and packaging quality as per specifications
  • Handle customer complaints, deviations, RCA, and CAPA, ensuring timely closure
  • Oversee batch documentation, change management, and quality records
  • Plan and lead internal, customer, and statutory audits
  • Coordinate closely with Production, R&D, Packaging, SCM, and Regulatory teams
  • Lead, train, and develop the quality team to meet KH performance standards
  • Drive continuous improvement and defect reduction initiatives

Requirements

  • Qualification: B.Tech / M.Sc. / B.Pharm
  • Experience:6 8 years in Quality function within FMCG / manufacturing environment
  • Strong exposure to QMS, GMP, audits, and process control

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of QMS, GMP, ISO standards
  • Audit handling & compliance management
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Team leadership and cross-functional coordination
