Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Quality team for Mortgage processes to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate mortgage process operations, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct audits, provide constructive feedback, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain quality frameworks, guidelines, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with operations and training teams to enhance process efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepare detailed quality reports and present insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal process standards.

Experience: Proven experience as Manager or Assistant Manager in Quality for Mortgage processes

Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline)
