Role & responsibilities:

• To oversee the compliance and implementation of the QMS requirements.
• Preparation of QSM, QSPs, Equipment SOPs, and parameter SOPs, General SOPs as per ISO standard.
• Work instructions and flowcharts.
• Verification of daily IQC data.
• Verification of Monthly EQAS/ILC data and CAPA.
• Preparation of Training Plan for QA departments.
• Conducting training programs for QA department.
• Evaluation of Training Questionnaires.
• Planning and Conducting of Internal Audits.
• Issuing of Technical formats.
• Planning for external trainings.
• Evaluation of customer complaints and clinicians feedback.
• Preparation of new forms.
• Planning of Management review meeting.
• Risk Management.
• Daily Non-Conformance reports
• Equipment calibration and maintenance plan with Biomedical Team.
• Selection for buying New equipment with management
• Monitoring stores department for QC consumptions
