Summary

What You'll Do

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Key Business Partners: All divisional & functional units

Role Objective:

Create and maintain a safe, healthy, and sustainable working environment by systematically improving occupational safety, employee health, and environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, monitor, and maintain HSE management systems in line with legal and international standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

Develop and maintain HSE documentation, procedures, and processes.

Plan and conduct audits, assessments, and certifications; stop non-compliant processes where required.

Identify workplace hazards, conduct root cause analysis, and define preventive and corrective measures.

Support the design of ergonomic, safe, and sustainable workplaces.

Train and raise awareness among employees on HSE systems and practices.

Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Operations Quality-Key Business Partners: Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Customization, Logistics

Role Objective:

Ensure products and processes consistently meet defined quality standards by monitoring performance, identifying deviations, and driving corrective actions through closed-loop processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement quality standards and controls across production processes.

Conduct inspections, tests, and product/process audits throughout all production stages.

Identify quality issues, support root cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actions.

Analyze quality performance data to drive process optimization and continuous improvement.

Maintain accurate quality documentation to ensure traceability.

Train employees on quality standards, tools, and methodologies.

Collaborate closely with Supplier and Customer Quality teams to ensure alignment.

Supplier Quality-Key Business Partners: Innovation, Procurement, Project Management, Production, Customization

Role Objective:

Ensure the quality and reliability of purchased components by driving supplier qualification, quality planning, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement throughout the supplier lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and communicate quality requirements clearly to suppliers.

Perform supplier quality controls through audits, PPAPs, sampling, and test reviews.

Lead supplier qualification, evaluation, and ongoing performance monitoring.

Drive supplier development initiatives to improve capability, reduce defects, and meet industry standards.

Manage supplier complaints, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Train suppliers on quality methods and expectations.

Collaborate cross-functionally to align supplier quality with business needs.

Customer Quality-Key Business Partners: Sales, Procurement, Innovation, Production, Customization, Logistics

Role Objective:

Represent the voice of the customer within the organization by ensuring customer requirements are met or exceeded, and by driving effective resolution and prevention of quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture, communicate, and translate customer quality requirements into internal processes.

Monitor product and service quality against customer expectations.

Lead complaint and RMA management, including root cause analysis and corrective actions

Plan and support customer audits and ensure closure of findings.

Maintain documentation of customer quality activities and approvals.

Train internal teams on customer-specific quality requirements.

Drive continuous improvement based on customer feedback, warranty, and return data.
