Job Description

Why This Role Matters

Detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of product quality for our appliances. The QC Manager will lead the quality function to ensure that all products meet company standards and regulatory requirements while continuously improving quality control systems and processes.

What You Will Own

  1. Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems to ensure product compliance with internal specifications and industry standards.
  2. Ensure component quality standards and respective performance standards at OEM/ODM.
  3. Working with ODM/OEM suppliers for inspection and testing of in-process production and finished goods.
  4. Coordinate with ODM/OEM suppliers, R&D, production, and procurement to resolve quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  5. Maintain detailed records of product inspections, testing, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
  6. Maintain, monitor and minimize FFR through quality improvement initiatives.
  7. Implement standardization of spares across ODM/OEMs
  8. Monitor supplier performance and work closely with vendors to ensure material quality and consistency.
  9. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement; implement lean quality initiatives.
  10. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within QC processes.
