Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager at Goyal Hospital & Urology Centre, located in Delhi, India. The Quality Manager will oversee and implement quality assurance and process improvement initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities include developing and enforcing quality management systems, conducting audits to ensure compliance with healthcare standards, analyzing quality metrics, and providing recommendations for enhancement. Additionally, the Quality Manager will deliver training to staff on quality standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different teams
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, and Compliance
• Strong skills in Process Improvement, Data Analysis, and Auditing
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and team collaboration skills
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Quality Management, or a related field
• Certification in Quality Management Systems or similar qualifications is a plus
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Ability to work on-site and in a fast-paced hospital setting
