As a Quality Director, you will provide direction and leadership on all quality matters across the platform or domain, ensuring adoption and compliance with organisational standards and policies. You will act as a key contributor in ensuring that work packages transition seamlessly from development into live environments, enhancing customer experience through innovative service and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the quality strategy, planning, and execution across multiple feature teams concurrently.
- Produce comprehensive and robust quality strategies and detailed test plans, enabling continual flow of work packages.
- Take accountability for quality across both change and business-as-usual activity within the assigned platform or domain.
- Oversee the output quality from all testing phases to ensure alignment with the requirements of each quality strategy.
- Detect, prioritise, and resolve defects at the earliest possible stage.
- Undertake end-to-end test management, including planning, risk, issue and dependency management, lessons learned, and governance.
- Drive human-centric and customer-focused designs, constantly improving solutions and customer experiences.
