Job Description

About the Opportunity A fast-growing organization operating in the Automotive Components & Mobility Solutions sector, delivering engineered products and systems to OEMs and tier suppliers across domestic and international markets. We design and manufacture complex electro-mechanical assemblies and subsystems while maintaining strict quality, safety, and regulatory compliance for high-volume production.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and maintain the site quality management system in alignment with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements, driving continuous compliance and certification readiness.
  • Define, implement, and monitor APQP, PPAP, control plans, and PFMEA to ensure new-product introduction and series production meet quality targets and on-time delivery.
  • Drive problem-solving and corrective action processes (8D), conduct root-cause analysis, and implement countermeasures to reduce PPM, scrap, and rework.
  • Manage supplier quality performanceconduct supplier audits, incoming inspection strategies, and escalation to improve incoming material compliance and reduce supplier-related failures.
  • Partner with Production and Engineering to deploy SPC, MSA, and process capability improvements; use data (Minitab) to set and track KPIs, trends, and CAPA effectiveness.
  • Prepare and lead internal and external customer audits, present quality performance metrics to stakeholders, and coach cross-functional teams on quality standards and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Proven track record in automotive manufacturing quality leadership with experience in plant-level quality systems, customer audits, and supplier quality improvement.
