Job Description

  • The QMS Manager/Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Quality Management System to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations
  • This role involves monitoring quality performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and promoting a culture of quality across all departments

Key Responsibilities

Quality System Development and Maintenance:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (e g, AS 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 1694
  • Experience in AS9100 Audits, SAP HANA, Supplier Evaluation,
  • RCAEnsure QMS compliance with applicable regulatory, customer, and industry standar
  • Regularly review and update quality policies, procedures, and manua
  • Audits and Compliance:
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS
  • Coordinate external audits and certification processes with third-party auditors
  • Ensure timely resolution of audit findings and non-conformances
