- Receive assignments and missions from the local operations manager or team manager
- Report any unethical behavior observed internally or externally during inspections
- Understand and apply Eurofins and customer SOPs, plans, instructions, and specifications
- Be familiar with product production processes, quality standards, and defect classifications
- Verify production information and perform accurate quality inspections as per requirements
- Conduct inspections based on different customer standards and produce detailed, error-free reports
- Complete all assigned courses, training, and assessments within the specified deadlines
- Analyze detected quality problems, propose improvement measures, follow up on issues, and prevent recurrence of non-conformities
- Resolve quality-related issues promptly and effectively
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Inspection Responsibilities:
- Use technical documentation and customer-approved samples to verify product conformity
- Follow customer specifications for measurement and inspection methods
- Perform required on-site tests per Eurofins protocols or customer standards
- Comply strictly with all customer requirements outlined in ACB or specifications
- Take clear and relevant inspection photographs as per standards
- Draft inspection reports using the approved templates
- Submit complete inspection reports, without errors or omissions, on the same day of inspection
Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in inspection or auditing, with approval/qualification to conduct product random inspections as per ISO 2859 standard
- Relevant qualification or certification in Softlines (textiles, apparel, etc.)
- Good written English and communication skills for factory interaction
- Demonstrated qualities of integrity, responsibility, attention to detail, rigor, and discipline
