- Report any unethical behaviors observed, whether internally from colleagues or externally from agents, suppliers, or factory staff
- Understand and follow the Assurance Control Book (ACB), plans, instructions, and customer specifications
- Be familiar with product production processes, quality standards, and common defect classifications
- Ensure production data accuracy and perform thorough product quality inspections
- Conduct inspections based on specific customer requirements and submit high-quality reports without errors or missing information
- Complete all assigned training, courses, and assessments within defined deadlines
- In the context of Inline Inspection, Production Assurance (INPA), and Quality Assurance/Quality Control services, analyze detected quality problems, suggest corrective measures, monitor their implementation, and prevent recurrence
- Resolve quality issues in a timely and effective manner
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Inspection Responsibilities:
- Use technical documents and customer-verified samples to confirm product compliance
- Apply customer-specified measurement methods accurately
- Perform onsite tests according to Eurofins standard protocols or customer specifications
- Adhere strictly to customer requirements outlined in ACB or any other documentation
- Capture and submit clear, standard-compliant inspection photographs
- Prepare inspection reports using the confirmed template
- Submit complete inspection reports on the same day as the inspection
Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in an inspection or auditing company
- Approved/qualified to conduct product random inspections as per ISO 2859 standard
- Holds relevant qualification certificates in Softline, Hardline, or E&E (Electrical & Electronics) fields
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with factories
