Quality Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and test parts, components, and products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Use measuring instruments and gauges to check dimensions, tolerances, and specifications
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
• Identify defects, deviations, or process issues and report them to the concerned department
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality reports
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and company quality policies
• Suggest process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects
